 RADON TESTING-  $139.00 radon testing alone or $99.00 with a full inspection.

 Limited Moisture Inspection: $180.00 one area.  Add $55.00 per area.

 Mold Testing: Basic fee $180.00 with additional $60.00 per area.  $55.00  per mold sample.  

 Intrusive Mold Sampling - Add $100.00 per area. 

 Air quality Testing for asbestos:  1 pump with 1 sample:  $300.00.  2 pumps - $380.00.

 Air Quality Testing for mold: 1 pump  with 1 sample: $250.00 - 2 pumps- $ 330.00. 

APPRAISALS-    Average house $350.00.  Prices will vary and/or multi living units or houses with land.
