APPRAISALS 

                       The Mortgage Company provides the necessary  financial capital  funds for the transaction.
                 
                      The Title Company ensures that all aspects of the transaction are completed and that a clear title passes from the seller to buyer.
           
                      
The Appraiser is an unbiased estimator that will tell how much a buyer might pay for a parcel of real estate.

I am a registered real property appraiser and working for Residential Home Appraisals.                                                   You will find me easy to work with, fast turn around time for your appraisal and an appraisal done right the first time.

We appraise the parcel by looking at all of the rooms and the location of the house.  A sketch of the property will be included.  It conveys the proper square footage along with the layout of the property. 
We will look at everything that will affect the value of the house then compare the cost of a house similar that is found in the same area. 

The sale prices of properties in the area, are used as a basis to begin the sales comparison approach . 
Using our knowledge of the inherent value of certain items such as square footage, number of bedrooms, hardwood floors, fireplaces, views etc. we determine the final value. We even take traffic patterns and schools into consideration. 



The rates is $350.00 for most average houses.
